In 2018 we exchanged the flat Netherlands for the rugged Lofoten and since then we have run the characteristic and cozy Kristine Moen Huset with great pleasure and enthusiasm.
We are happy to help you on your journey to discover the Lofoten and Vesterålen islands and to show you what our enthusiasm for these Norwegian islands is based on! Every morning we provide an extensive breakfast. Based on the weather forecast, you can plan your day, make a packed lunch and fill your thermos. During breakfast we are happy to tell you about things you can do in the area. At our long table you will regularly meet travellers from all over the world and experiences can be exchanged.
In the evening we serve a delicious evening meal if desired. We mix Norwegian and local dishes, eating habits and ingredients with an international touch (and vice versa): 'Cuisine Kristine'.

If you're looking for a great base for your Lofoten vacation, we're glad you found us, because that's exactly what we offer. In our guestbook guests write that it is fantastic to "land" here. Take the time you need, relax and enjoy nature, the sea, the tranquility, the midnight sun or the northern lights. All seasons have their special qualities.
Kristine Moen Huset is named after the original owner of the house. she has become 102 years old and was a very eccentric lady. Her house was renovated in 2002 and now has 5 double rooms with bathroom and 2 single rooms sharing a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a pleasant and spacious communal living and dining room.

You can book Bed & Breakfast with us from a minimum of 3 nights. B&B includes breakfast and packed lunch. On request, and in the high season on fixed days of the week, we provide a complete evening meal. This costs kr. 250 per person per meal.
